Abstract
This study was conducted to detect of relationship between haptoglobinand
cardiovascular disease in diabetes patient byPCR assay for the first timein Al-Muthanna
province – Iraq, during the period from October-2013 up to March–2014. The study
diagnosed two types of haptoglobinby PCR assay (HP1 1757 and HP2 349).
